Here I am using gravity and I am creating a wave 🌊 in my upper body and at the end I am directing the energy into the Zuki Waza. Slowly and consciously, to give the nervous system the chance to follow. By doing so, the movement can be integrated fully and later on, when the movement is being performed fast, my body will have the ability to use this body-knowledge instantly.
