🌸Five parts of Kata Heian Sandan. This is No. 3
🌸At home, I have limited space for my training. So I split the Kata in several parts. My goal was to stay relaxed and to take advantage of the bio physical principles. So that my techniques will stay snappy and my energy level will stay high and, of course, my knee joints pain free!!
🌸Also, if you don’t know this Kata, you can follow it, while I am repeating each part 3 times.
