Cream Tea is a British treat consisting of warm scones, clotted cream, jam and of course tea! Not to be confused with Afternoon Tea, Cream Tea is enjoyed at any time of day. But the question of jam first or cream first can stir up quite a debate! We went to the English county of Devon to find out how cream tea is made and served.
