Where would you go to eat a really good and original bagel? It may seem logical to think of the U.S. and specifically New York City, which is known for its famous New York-style bagels. However, contrary to popular belief, the bagel did not originate in the USA. It was actually invented in Eastern Europe, specifically in the Polish city of Krakow.
