Have you ever heard about white asparargus?
Known for its delicate flavor and tender texture, this culinary delight is used in a variety of spring dishes. From classic white asparagus with hollandaise sauce to modern twists on traditional recipes — the Germans can’t seem to get enough of it! They have to act fast though, as the season only lasts for a few months.
In an official press conference to kick off the season, the town of Beelitz announced that they’ll be mechanizing the industry to keep prices down in the face of inflation.
