Knorr-Bremse AG 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁⁺ by Knorr-Bremse TruckServices is a retrofittable collision warning system designed for commercial vehicles that can 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. The integrated EyeQ4 chip from Mobileye continuously analyzes the driving environment to indicate potentially dangerous situations with other vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
With the help of side 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀 covering the 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 of the vehicle, ProFleet Assist⁺ detects hazards in real time and warns the driver with 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀, even under poor visibility conditions. The computer vision algorithms of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁⁺ not only reliably detect the presence of 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀, but also an 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 collision with them. This helps 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.
