In this video I talk about how my struggles in life help me grow in knowledge & wisdom. I also talk how I overcame certain situations by allowing myself to see things from a higher perspective. I also had to learn to be honest with myself and accept where I was in life. I had to learn it’s ok to feel upset if something hurt me ,but don’t let that hurt determine who I would become as a person. I learned that we go through things so God can teach us lesson & self discipline, and to grow in patience & faith by allowing us to experience certain things in life. I learned that things aren’t happening to me but for me. These obstacles are just put here to help me grow as a person & to fuel & motivate me into becoming a better person. God is also teaching me faith & how to trust him even in my darkest times. God can show us there’s still hope as long as we believe in ourselves & him. I then read Colossians Chapter 1 & 2 this talks about how Paul was faced with hard times. And how he then gave his life to Christ and became one with him. Once he gave his life to Christ he was able to see the world through the eyes of love & understanding. God was able to show Paul a high perspective of life. Paul was then grateful to go through his struggles because he knew he gained knowledge & wisdom. He became one with God by allowing him to lead him in ways that he couldn’t while he was still sinning. Colossians teaches us how God uses certain things in life not to hurt us but to help us grow & mature. So that we can fully accept Christ & let go of our sins or to release things that brings us pain. It also teach us to face out pain so that can learn & grow from it.
