Each experience brought me closer to myself and God. I was able to reconnect with myself and learn to love myself inside and out. I saw my true beauty and found my true power and potential. Even though some experiences might have brought some pain, but that same pain showed me I could love myself. It also taught me that I was stronger than I thought. There were times when people told me no it taught me to tell myself yes and that I can achieve my goals on my own. Each experience brought me closer to God and increased my faith. I now know that with patience and faith anything is possible. I’m grateful for the growth I experienced in 2023 it taught that anything can happen. Sometimes unexpected changes lead to unexpected blessings. I’m grateful for each and every blessing God delivered to me. God is amazing and I am amazing I love myself and I’m so grateful that I didn’t give up on myself but I continued to rise above my circumstances.

When we build a strong foundation with Christ we are then given the power, knowledge, wisdom and strength to overcome anything in life. All it takes is a simple prayer and you will receive, but you must pray with confidence. Believe that your prayers are already answered and your path is for the goodness of your life.

The only setback you can have in life is yourself if you procrastinate to make the changes. Don’t be scared to trust God and take that leap of faith. It may seem like obstacles arise but that’s just God showing you everything you either need to remove or change in your life. Once you fix these things you will find true peace and happiness. Change can be uncomfortable at first but trust the process. These changes will lead you to everything you’re looking for and more. Trust God and trust that you can do it. I realized that situations have more positive effects than negative. The only negative is how it made us feel. But once we get passed that emotion. We are able to see the lessons we learned. If we remain positive and keep our faith we will be able to create new experiences & new opportunities. It only has more negatives if you allow your mind to create negative thoughts and feelings from the pain. But that same pain can turn into joy if you allow it. Don’t allow your emotions to determine the next chapter of your life. But use your emotions as motivation to want better, do better, and receive better in life. Just like the tongue can create life or death. So can your thoughts. You have to believe before you see it. You can’t wait until you receive to believe you’re worthy enough. Start believing now sometimes all it takes is faith to make your dreams come true. Gratitude is important in life. You have to be grateful & find joy in the things you already have. It makes you feel abundant it brings out wealth. You already have everything you need to be successful. You just have to be grateful for it to see the full potential.

Life has a physical, emotional, spiritual , and mental meaning. Sometimes we have to look a life from a higher perspective to fully understand why certain things take place in our life. Even though slavery was abolished 158 years ago. Some of us keep ourselves enslave through false narratives, lack and poverty mindsets. I break down how generational trauma is passed down through the womb. Then how the first seven years of a child’s life is crucial to their development and how they will turn out in life. If a child is constantly discouraged, grows in a poverty mindset, or a harmful environment. The child will turn out however the environment they grew up in. Unless the child heals and overcomes the childhood trauma that was passed down from parent from grandparent. Most of our trauma and stress started at the plantation, and was passed down from generation to generation. The only way to see a change in America is if we first heal ourselves and change our mindset. We have to believe in ourselves and know we come from power and we were more than just slaves. We can’t continue to fight war with war or hate with hate. The only way to win this battle is through love, patience and forgiveness. It may be hard to see it that way now but we are stronger together as one not separate. The only way to bring peace is with peace. We are all one and come from God. We can’t let our past or negative situations determine our future. We have the power to change the story and do something different by healing our own wounds and encouraging others to heal and make a change in their lives and mindset. Once we take the time we will start to heal understand what compassion is , and why Jesus said to treat others how you want to be treated. When you start to heal you understand that we have to take accountability of our own actions and there’s no one to blame but ourselves. We understand that love is the best answer because we know how it feels to be hurt. So we would want to spread that love and peace to everyone us. But I’m order to a change we first have to make a change in our own personal lives. We also have to understand there is no such thing as black and white. It’s bigger than race. We our all the same. We you separate people and throw in hate it’s hard to keep them from coming together. So we have to love one another and realize we are just simply ourselves and not color. When we heal ourselves we heal our ancestors. When we heal ourselves we heal future generations to come.

I’ve learned that all situations good & bad have lead me to where I am now. Who would’ve thought it would have took pain, heartbreak, and disappointment to grow into the person I am now. Certain situations thought me how to set boundaries for myself, how to express my emotions & feelings, and most of all how to grow within myself mentally. Sometimes we’re not the problem but it’s how we react to a situation. I’ve learned how to walk away from people, places, and things that disrupt my peace & healing. Most of all I’ve learned it’s okay to be alone. Sometimes God will cause you to go into isolation not because you did something wrong, but to show you that this chapter of your life is about making yourself happy. We have to learn how to support, love, and show up for ourselves before anyone else can. We have to start living for ourselves. Do things that make you happy follow your dreams no matter what others think. This is your life your journey your story create the life you want, and not the life others want for you.

When things don’t go as expected or you don’t get your desired result. We have to learn not to see that as a bad thing, but as a blessing in disguise. Rejection is protection redirection is a chance to build a better blessing. We have to remember to stay positive and keep our faith even when things don’t look the way we want. We have to remember to be kind to ourselves and not talk down on ourselves because we didn’t get what we wanted. We should see it as God protecting us because his plan is greater than our plan. God can see things we can’t see even before we make the decision. So we should be able to trust that things are still going as planned. God hears our prayers and he knows what we want and need. Just because something doesn’t work out doesn’t mean it’s not for you. It may mean the time isn’t right yet and we should be patient. We never miss or lose something that’s meant for us. We have to learn to accept and adapt to change. When we try to force things or hold on to things God is trying to remove. It only makes life harder for us, and it pushes our blessings back. We can’t get what we deserve and what God has in store for us. If we don’t have room for it because we are holding on to things we don’t need. We have to learn to release and surrender to God. Once we release control and surrender we now give God the chance to move us to our destiny. We have to continue on our paths with faith and patience. We will get there and your dreams will come true. You just have to believe in yourself and awaken to your true power and potential. Without life experiences we wouldn’t have the chance to grow or realize how strong and powerful we really are.

We have the power to face any situation with the Holy Spirit and not our emotions. We have to learn that we aren’t the problem and the other person isn’t the problem. Their hurt and pain is the problem. When people allow pain and hurt to build up within themselves it tend to start spilling out, and they will try project that on to others. But God gave us the power to face them with compassion and forgiveness because they are only acting like this because of pain. People who are in pain or hurting tends to hurt others. People who are happy and at peace tends to spread happiness and peace. We can’t allow the enemy to bring you down because they are down. We should pray for them and pray that they find healing. Because if you curse them back it will not only hurt them but you as well. You get what you put out. Matthew 7:12 12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. God also gave us the power to overcome depression, anxiety, fear, pain,poverty,insecurities and anger. We just have to change our mindsets and how we treat ourselves. Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. So we must believe and have faith even before we see the changes. Faith is the key to everything and we have to move like we have already received our blessings. By believing in ourselves and having faith that we will be successful at everything we put our minds too.

17:: Sometimes relationships can reveal the things you need to work on as a person

God puts us in certain situations not to hurt us, but so we can learn about ourselves. All relationships are a reflection of yourself. Relationships can bring out apart of you that you didn’t know you had. Our ego and pain body can also create negative thoughts and feelings to keep us in fear or feeling down. We have to be aware of our emotions and thoughts so we won’t create negative thinking patterns. I also discuss how to work on overcoming negative reactions to situations. We have to learn to breathe and act from a sense of peace and not hurt. We can’t give away our power by reacting negatively to situations that don’t go our way. We have to learn to sit back and control our words and ourselves. Sometimes it can be hard breaking these habits, but with enough practice and patience overtime it becomes easier. I’ve been practicing this method for the past 2 weeks and I’m still learning myself. I want to grow and learn with you guys. So join me on my journey on overcoming my fears, bad habits, negative thinking patterns, and also finding my true self and purpose.

I then read Colossians Chapter 1 & 2 this talks about how Paul was faced with hard times. And how he then gave his life to Christ and became one with him. Once he gave his life to Christ he was able to see the world through the eyes of love & understanding. God was able to show Paul a high perspective of life. Paul was then grateful to go through his struggles because he knew he gained knowledge & wisdom. He became one with God by allowing him to lead him in ways that he couldn’t while he was still sinning. Colossians teaches us how God uses certain things in life not to hurt us but to help us grow & mature. So that we can fully accept Christ & let go of our sins or to release things that brings us pain. It also teach us to face out pain so that can learn & grow from it.
