Just After Boomer's Appeal 3-30-11
boomermutt Well, I'll know when they get back to me if I get to change my name to Boomer The Dog, and if so I'll go back to the original court to have it changed.
I had three judges, and they had good questions. They asked me to consider changing my name to Boomer Dog, and wondered if it could cause confusion in some situations to have a middle name of 'The'.
That seemed to be an important point, possibly causing confusion with creditors in some way. I don't use credit, and it's something I don't understand, but I'd think that computers could handle any name.
