It’s time for my biannual tradition of releasing a Behind the Glass With a Glass video! Hooray for time slipping away from me like grains of sand in an hour glass! And speaking of time...woah-ho-ho take a look at that time stamp! 45 minutes, Nick? Really? Ain't nobody got time for that.
I do plan on doing these more frequently. I kind of assumed nobody really liked these videos that much so I haven’t put much thought into doing more of them. But, you know what? You lovely viewers have made it crystal clear to me that not only do you like this series, but you’re willing to watch one that’s 45 minutes long! At least that’s what you told me on a recent Instagram poll. We’ll see if you were telling the truth…
In this one I’m celebratin’ my 100,000 subscriber milestone with a delicious vanilla-infused old fashioned. How about that, huh? 100k. Only took me damn near a decade. I also got a bunch of photos and thoughts to share with you - photos shot on 4x5, 6x17, and 6x7 film and thoughts all about the importance of creating a detachment from reality in photography.
