In this video of "Workout for Triceps Biceps and Shoulders" Yash Sharma shares his intense training routine for his Arms that has helped me add mass & size to his shoulders, biceps, and triceps. In this workout we will be training all our heads in the biceps and the triceps. For the shoulder muscles we will perform an overhead press for the overall deltoid and cable side lateral raises to isolate the medial delts. Tricep Push Down (Straight Bar)

Preacher Curls
70% ROM in concentric. 99% in Eccentric.
3 x 10-12

Over head Rope Extension
3 x 12-15

Imp. Notes:
1. Keep 1-2 Reps in Reserve in early sets.
2. Take last set to true failure.
3. Aim for min 5 long length partials in the last set.
4. If point 3 is not possible. Reduce 10-20% weight & do 10-15 reps.
5. Stay focused.
