Aloha everyone! 🌴💪🏼Welcome to another episode of Kiana’s Kitchen! it’s a hot summer day. I thought it would be a perfect time to make protein ice cream!
Dessert with benefits! 💪🏼😝
Today I will show you how to make protein ice cream that taste exactly like a piña colada!
 it’s super easy! here are the ingredients: frozen, pineapple, banana, vanilla protein powder,  maple syrup or agave nectar, almond milk, and unsweetened coconut
blend and then put in Ziploc bag. Freeze overnight and blend again into the cream, most delicious flavorful,  refreshing, healthy ice cream! ( I put ice in this batch, next time I will not)
