Welcome back to The REAL David Abel's kitchen! In today's video, we're going to show you how to make a mouthwatering Welsh Rarebit using an air fryer. This classic British dish gets a modern twist, and we can't wait to share it with you!
We'll walk you through the entire process, from preparing the ingredients to grilling the rarebit to perfection. So, grab your apron and let's get cooking!

* Set aside 1 heaped tablespoon of grated cheese. Mix the rest with the egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cayenne.
* Fill Smoker with pellets.
* Set to GRILL for 8 minutes at MEDIUM
* Select SMOKE then press START (Ignition & Pre Heat will commence)
* Spread mayonnaise on just one side of each slice of bread, place face down. Butter the side facing up.
* Spread the cheese mixture on top of buttered side.
* Add the reserved grated cheese on top.
* ADD FOOD: GRILL for 8 minutes .. or until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
