A note from Christoph:
We had some fun on Palm Sunday during the revived Bach Festival at First Congregational Church of Los Angeles when I finished Bach's Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor with an added improvised Cadenza at the organ console in the center of the chancel, followed by helpful members of the Cathedral Choir rolling the console back into service position during the beginning of the next piece.
Looking forward to performing this amazing piece on The Great Organs of First Church again on Sunday, April 14, 2024, 3p PT, when we're honoring organ legend Fred Swann in a tribute concert. Info: fccla.org
