Sotheby's The first Western masterpiece of our Hong Kong Modern & Contemporary Evening Auction, presented in partnership with Celine, Pierre-August Renoir's 'Un Jardin à Sorrente' saw bidders battling it out for four minutes. Ultimately, the work, which was painted during Renoir’s tour of Italy in 1881, sold for $24,347,500 HKD / $3,109,187 HKD after fees. Watch the bidding battle here.
