eNCA Gauteng Human Settlements MEC, Lebogang Maile, admits that government is facing challenges with regards to upgrading the Diepkloof hostels in Soweto. He returned to the Diepkloof community along with Johannesburg Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda on Thursday, to address issues raised by the community. Residents there are threatening more protest action, until their dilapidated units are refurbished. #enca #dstv403
