Why Strength Training is Essential for Cyclists | Recovering From Injury

Todays video (filmed in both the UK and on holiday in Tenerife) shows how I've continued to use strength training to both recover from the injuries and build back fitness. I believe strength training is integral to holistic health & fitness plus prevention of injury and decline - especially as we get older. I seek to demonstrate how I've gradually increased the weight and reduce the reps in order to build back some of the strength I lost as a result of my accident. And also talk about why strength is beneficial to the cyclist and elaborate on how I apply the concepts of progression in strength to my cycling training.
