Lemoncello, "Why Are All the Good Men" // GemsOnVHS™

GemsOnVHS And there I was, back in Dublin, Ireland for a spell in October of 2022. I'd loved my first couple trips so much; the magic of the music, the pub sessions, the artists and the buoyant spirit of it all. I wanted to see what Dublin for a month might look like, living like a local, really in there. Well, turns out it is a lot like living anywhere as me for a whole month. Mystery solved! It isn't the place so much as the people, and you meet more people when you're moving, so my advice is to keep it moving. This trip was most special when I was traveling and meeting others, and most insufferable when I was sitting alone in my rented flat in town.
Some folks I met in my travels last time, and was so lucky to meet again this time, were Laura Quirke and Claire Kinsella, together the band Lemoncello (https://youtu.be/zSBKP7tG9Kk). I love everything these two put out, and the artistry they pour into it. So my metaphorical hats off to them, thanks for putting up with me and my weird little DV camera. They fixed me dinner and tea for pete's sake.
