Cobb County Siren #07 Fail - New Whelen Vortex R4

Scoth3 Went out to record the last fully-working Thunderbolt at Fire Station 7, and to my surprise found a shiny new Whelen Vortex R4. Sad Day! It also didn't even go off, leaving me with a poor ambiance with lots of traffic noise. Terrible video but so goes life. One more Thunderbolt RIP.
