Scrumptious Banana Loaf Woodfire Grill Baked.
Today, we're going to show you how to make a scrumptious banana loaf using the Woodfire Grill on bake setting. That's right, no oven needed! So, if you're ready to whip up a QUICK, EASY AND DELICIOUS tasty treat, let's get started!"
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 170 grams all-purpose (self raising) flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 85 grams Margarine
- 113 grams soft brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs
Step 1: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 3: Stir in the mashed bananas.
Step 4: Fold the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Set aside.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Set to BAKE at 170C. Once it's pre-heated, place the cake tin in the woodfire grill and bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. If you notice the top of the loaf getting too brown, you can cover it with a piece of aluminium foil to prevent over-browning."And there you have it!
