"If Only" (Quartet) from Disney's Broadway, The Little Mermaid, by Alana Menken, performed by Kari Erickson, Joe Dobbs, Marcus Patten, and Caleb Baldwin for a Banks Street Players performance.
Story:
“If Only” is a quartet between Ariel, Eric, Sebastian, and King Triton, a part of the cast recording The Little Mermaid.
In the song, Ariel longs for Eric to realize “the voice” is hers. Eric longs to find “the voice” but doesn’t want to lose Ariel. Sebastian longs to help Ariel make her dream come true. And lastly, King Triton longs to find his daughter and show her that despite everything, he loves her.

𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 (𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹) is an Ithaca College in New York student pursuing a BFA in Musical Theater. Kari has been dancing, singing, and acting since age 4 and is super excited to retake the stage in her hometown of Decatur, Alabama.
