Tips in this video:

1) Perform Seated Smith OHP & Get Stronger at it. This movement has two unique advantages: i) Let’s you take advantage of stretch reflex, allowing you to lift heavy. ii) Allows you to grind extra reps till extended failure.

2) Enhance your side raise / lateral raise technique. This is the main movement to add mass in your shoulders. Yash Sharma tells how to improve your dumbbell side raise / lateral raise as well as cable side raise / lateral raise.

3) Add variations- Incline lateral raise & Lu Raises.

4) Choose the best for rear delts - cable reverse flyes & band pull aparts.

5) Increase training frequency. Train the medial and rear delts at least 3x a week. Upto 6x is doable.
