WCNC Saturday is starting out sunny and getting warmer with highs climbing into the mid to upper 80s under clear skies. Any haze will get thinning as the day goes on as the winds swing to the southwest. Dewpoints remain low in the 40s.
Similar sunny start for Sunday, but increasing clouds as the afternoon progresses. We will remain dry until 3-4 pm as scattered thunderstorms develop ahead of a cold front. The storms will be moving west to east and becoming more likely by evening between 5-8 pm. Highs will make it into the mid-80s, with the chance of storms around 40%.
