- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1/4 cup of curry powder
- 1/4 cup of smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

AIR SMOKED: CURRY CHICKEN WINGS
Directions

STEP 1:  Place chicken in a large bowl; add 1/2 teaspoon salt and enough water to cover. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. Drain and pat dry.
STEP 2:  Now, let's prepare the chicken wings. Make sure they're clean and dry. Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine the curry powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, olive oil and ground ginger. Mix well to create a wet rub.
STEP 3: [Applying the wet Rub] Next, generously coat the chicken wings with the wet rub mixture, making sure each wing is fully covered. You can use your hands or a brush to apply the rub. Once all the wings are coated, let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator. This will allow the flavours to really penetrate the meat.
STEP 4: Select AIR FRY – Temp 190C (375F) for 20 Minutes.
STEP 5: Add a cup of wood pellets to the smoke box of the Ninja Woodfire Grill.
STEP 6: Set to Smoker.  Press START.After the IGN and Pre-HEAT: ADD FOOD
STEP 7: [Cooking the Wings]  Place chicken in air-fryer basket. Cook until the thermometer inserted in chicken reads 80C (170°-175°), flipping halfway through.
[Final Touches and Serving]
Once the wings are cooked and have a beautiful golden-brown colour, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool
