So, yeah. I looked at the recipe for Sandwiches of Chicken Halibut from The Boston Cooking School Cook Book of 1924 and got so distracted by figuring out what chicken halibut was that I somehow missed that the recipe did not call for bread. At all. I did, however, notice that AFTER I bought the expensive ingredients. Le sigh. Anyway, today’s video is a bit of a long one so stop what you’re doing because I’m about to ruin the image and the style that you’re used to (sorry, just seeing if you were still reading). Oh, and there were audio issues too. It was a hot mess of a shoot, folks.
