Over the past month I’ve learned that sometimes our darkest parts can be revealed to us through relationships. God puts us in certain situations not to hurt us, but so we can learn about ourselves. All relationships are a reflection of yourself. Relationships can bring out apart of you that you didn’t know you had. Our ego and pain body can also create negative thoughts and feelings to keep us in fear or feeling down. We have to be aware of our emotions and thoughts so we won’t create negative thinking patterns. I also discuss how to work on overcoming negative reactions to situations. We have to learn to breathe and act from a sense of peace and not hurt. We can’t give away our power by reacting negatively to situations that don’t go our way. We have to learn to sit back and control our words and ourselves. Sometimes it can be hard breaking these habits, but with enough practice and patience overtime it becomes easier. I’ve been practicing this method for the past 2 weeks and I’m still learning myself. I want to grow and learn with you guys. So join me on my journey on overcoming my fears, bad habits, negative thinking patterns, and also finding my true self and purpose.
