Antser have partnered with Flourish Fostering, therapeutic provider of care for children and young people, supporting them to become one of the first independent providers in the UK to use pioneering Virtual Reality technology across their services in training practitioners, Foster Parents and young people to better understand childhood experiences of trauma and exploitation.
Using Antser's Virtual Reality programme, Flourish Fostering are able to provide a unique training and intervention tool to understand prevalent sector topics, with Ofsted recently rating them 'Outstanding' for their therapeutic approach and outside the box thinking.
We are excited to share that on this month’s Antser Talks recording we are joined by Dr Mica Douglas, Managing Director and Clinical Leader at Flourish Fostering, Nicola Tunbridge, Director of Flourish Fostering, and our very own Abby Cooke, VR Service Manager at Antser, to discuss the use of Antser VR within the independent sector and how VR has enhanced training and support at Flourish Fostering.
