Bruce W. Nelson I've been noticing a special twinkle in the eyes and spring in the step of good friends lately as our favorite time of year appears to be here, Indictment Season! A feeling of good cheer and brotherhood is descending over the land as patriots witness the judicial process slowly playing out and charges against Donald Trump being brought forth. Like Christmas, but with a WAY larger and more irritable spoiled baby. Like Christmas, but without the credit-card hangover. The whole thing made Mangy want to sing. Lyrics below:

perhaps that is the reason
everybody’s looking happy.
An orange jump suit’s pretty snappy!

when a guy’s committed treason
nice to know that there’s a prison
that securely soon he is in.
Though a fat man will not show up on a sleigh
it appears one fat man may get locked away.
Though we may not hear the sound of jingling bells,
there’s a jingle from the keys to lock the cells.

everybody’s feeling smiley
for Jack Smith is more than wiley

a nice federal penitentiary
