eNCA Human Rights Commission Chairperson, Chris Nissen, has called on President Cyril Ramaphosa to protect Chapter 9 institutions. eNCA's Dan Moyane spoke to Public Protector, Kholeka Gcaleka, and she agrees the institutions must be protected.#DStv403
