A note from Christoph:
"Repentir" is French for "repentance", and 'repenting' is something we do during Lent which is why I'm posting this piece today.
To me, it means taking stock, reviewing the past, acknowledging what went well and what didn't go so well, acknowledge it, take responsibility, send and/or ask for light where it needs to go (transgressors, including ourselves) and setting the intention to make the necessary adjustments for betterment.
So, to me it's really a good thing, not a bummer, and I appreciate this time of introspection. Of course, there are low moments for all of us, but I strongly believe in 'keep showing up'.
