Uganda anti gay bill upsets the West

JIM NEWTON Uganda has enacted Into law the #antigay bill including death penalty for aggrevated #homosexuality. This has been done in persuit to preserve the Ugandan moral and beliefs towards sex.
But the West including #Americans and it's allies are bitter with Museveni for this law. And have promised to retaliate with penalties including withdraw of funds to help the HIV patients.
