Decoding/Lt. Gen. #MuhooziKainerugaba (born 24 April 1974)[2] is a son to Uganda's Longest serving president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who has stayed in power for over 36years now. The first Son is a Ugandan military commander serving as the commander of the land forces of the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF) and who was previously the commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC). Both the UPDF and the SFC are accused of using excessive force torture and abductions of civilians and opposition leaders. Like bobiwine And besigye The SFC has been criticised for the extrajudicial abductions, tortures, disappearances and killings of political opposition. In his role as commander of the SFC, Kainerugaba has been named in a complaint to the International Criminal Court.[45] and other senior officials are mentioned in an International Criminal Court complaint for human rights abuse.In 2017 Muhoozi, the son of president Yoweri Museveni, has earned rapid army promotions since he joined the UPDF in 1999. In a very short time The first holds the second highest rank in uganda. Appointed as Presidential Adviser, it raised speculations he is being groomed and prepared for the presidency.

Muhoozi is still an active serving officer in the UPDF and some have criticized his latest active involvement in politics and taking on roles typically civilian diplomats would be doing as breaking the UPDF code of conduct for a serving officer. For instance, he played an active role in the mending of the Rwanda-Uganda relationship culminating in the successful re-opening of Uganda's border with Rwanda. Active serving military personnel must not engage in active political roles in Uganda according to the UPDF rules. But for Muhoozi, he seems the new Ugandan ambassador in Rwanda.
