Be Good To Yourself No Matter What Is Going On!
Life is always in flow, always in motion, always changing. Things can be up for a few years and down for some as well, that’s the ebb and flow of life. We have to do our best to make sure that we are still taking good care of ourselves. My top three ways to take good care of yourself:
• trying your best to sleep on a consistent schedule
• try to smile and laugh everyday, even during the harder days. Laughter is medicine for the soul.
• community - on some days, you won’t have your best self and that’s okay. Having good community members is crucial because they can pick us us when we’re down.
