I'm talking about your character. I'm talking about your values and your principles. That's probably why you're stuck. And that's why you're going to work hard and you're not going to go anywhere, because you're focused on what you need to do. They have the power to paralyze us, making us doubt our abilities and preventing us from seizing opportunities. However, it's essential to recognize that fear and imposter syndrome are not insurmountable obstacles. With courage, determination, and the right mindset, we can overcome these challenges and pursue our dreams with confidence and conviction. Understanding Fear and Imposter Syndrome: Fear is a natural human emotion designed to protect us from danger. However, it can also manifest as anxiety or apprehension in situations where there is no imminent threat. Imposter syndrome, on the other hand, is a psychological phenomenon where individuals doubt their accomplishments and fear being exposed as frauds. These feelings of inadequacy can be particularly crippling, leading to self-doubt and a reluctance to step out of our comfort zones. Acknowledging Your Fear: The first step in overcoming fear and imposter syndrome is to acknowledge their presence. Denying or suppressing these emotions will only allow them to fester and grow stronger. This is what we talked about this morning, and wow, what an amazing chat because it was a community conversation. Everyone shared and we all took something from it. The framework that supports it is deep: - you can do earthing, grounding, and spending an hour outside per day. One of our community members Amber talked about how she started earthing and how it’s made her so calm and she even noticed that her cat responded to her energy. - another way you can ground and create a base for your life is through the yoga asanas that promote grounding like Malasana, etc. ( we went over the full list today in session). - another way you can ground us to audit your spaces. Today we did a massage deep dive on the cellphone. The cellphone CAN be a grounding place but for 90% of people it’s not. You can put boundaries on social, block the news, and/or only follow content that inspires you to be in alignment with your highest self. Today was easily my favorite session. As a coach it feels DAMN good to have a high vibrational community because so much of this culture and so many of these spaces are toxic and fake. Master Circle is for the REAL! As you are focused on living the best life that you can, creating whatever it is that you're wanting to do, I just want to re-engineer how you're thinking about it. What most people do, most people think about it in this term, what do I need to do? What do I need to do? What do I need to do? Now, let's be honest, with everything that we want to do, whether it's something personal or professional, there's often an order of operations or a sequence that is ideal that will get you in alignment to be able to do it efficiently. But for most people, that's really not where most people need to start. Instead of focusing so much on what you need to do, focus on this. Focus on the question of who do I need to become? That is more important than what you need to do. Because once you get clear on who you need to become, all the other stuff, it aligns. I'm talking about how you carry yourself, how you show up, your expectations of yourself, your expectations of other people. I'm talking about your discipline. I'm talking about your boundaries. I'm talking about your character. I'm talking about your values and your principles. That's probably why you're stuck. And that's why you're going to work hard and you're not going to go anywhere, because you're focused on what you need to do. And the rest of the time figuring out who do I need to become.

With courage, determination, and the right mindset, we can overcome these challenges and pursue our dreams with confidence and conviction. With my clients I always try to get them to understand this: - do you need to learn a “how to” or is it “knowledge” and “experience” based. Or - is it consciousness based, is it base on how you perceive yourself. Your self image is everything. Just figuring that piece out alone can change EVERYTHING. If you can get all the knowledge and information but have a terrible view of yourself. What will you do with that? You can have an inflated view of self with no knowledge/skills, and where will you go!? It’s about having true self awareness to know where you are and making you’re that how you feel about yourself is always in a good place as you acquire practical and l applicable knowledge. Deep work. I’m looking for 9 more people who want to work with me one-on-one. My ideal person knows they have more to extract out of life. My ideal person is tired of playing small and being stuck in that old mental story. My ideal person is a people-pleaser who needs stronger boundaries. This morning in my community, Mastery Circle we did one of my modules called “Going Home 1”. In our next meeting we will do “Going Home 2”. Have you ever moved to a new place but barely unpacked or decorated? Do you know that’s a trauma response. Do you constantly feel unsettled, stressed, or anxiety? Do you constantly feel that a potential abandonment wound my pop up and resurface? There’s a lot of solutions for you! This is what we talked about this morning, and wow, what an amazing chat because it was a community conversation. Everyone shared and we all took something from it. The framework that supports it is deep: - you can do earthing, grounding, and spending an hour outside per day. One of our community members Amber talked about how she started earthing and how it’s made her so calm and she even noticed that her cat responded to her energy. - another way you can ground and create a base for your life is through the yoga asanas that promote grounding like Malasana, etc. ( we went over the full list today in session). - another way you can ground us to audit your spaces. Today we did a massage deep dive on the cellphone. The cellphone CAN be a grounding place but for 90% of people it’s not. You can put boundaries on social, block the news, and/or only follow content that inspires you to be in alignment with your highest self. Today was easily my favorite session. As a coach it feels DAMN good to have a high vibrational community because so much of this culture and so many of these spaces are toxic and fake. Master Circle is for the REAL!
