Jo Lyness, Advisory Teacher at Cambridgeshire Virtual School shares how the VR programme caused an empathic shift amongst teachers, sparking discussion around childhood trauma and triggers. The programme enabled teachers to immersive themselves into the footsteps of young people and reflect on what they might be experiencing at home.
