Hill Climb Racing in Biblical Weather! Defying the storm to build back faster.

Bike Racing Without Mercy It's British Hill Climb Season and I take on not one, but two, significant climbs in Porlock, as I continue to work on rebuilding my fitness - in preparation for my final event of the year, the UCI Gran Fondo, Tre Valli Varesine.
To say the weather was 'sub-optimal' would be something of an understatement - the rain was pouring and the water was running down the hill in torrents as we climbed. Despite this, the turnout was strong, and Minehead CC staged a great event - which I massively enjoyed, and thank you to all involved.
These hill climb races came a couple of weeks after completing the Haute Route Dolomites. That video is taking massive time to edit, and will come out when I have time !
