„Tschuldigung … was wa met deene Atoome?“
Wenn man ins Tonstudio geht, um einen Film zu vertonen, sollte man einen Plan haben. Ok, wir sind ja Profis und machen das nicht zum ersten Mal. Aber wie das in kreativen Prozessen nun mal ist, sorgen nicht selten gerade die Planänderungen für noch bessere Ergebnisse.
Wer unseren TASSEN-Film DER LIEBESSCHWUR schon gesehen hat, weiß wovon die Rede ist. Es geht darum, im richtigen Moment die passenden Worte zu finden – also wie sag ich es am besten. Das haben wir uns auch gefragt, als wir bei unserem langjährigen Wegbegleiter Chris Groneberg im Studio waren. Der Text für den Liebesschwur war klar, aber mit welchem Dialekt schaffen wir das Momentum. Anscheinend haben wir den richtigen Ton getroffen. Ihr liebt den Film und wir sind glücklich darüber, denn dafür machen wir ja das Ganze.

“Umm, so sorry… I did just space out a little bit right there!”
Whenever it’s time to head into the sound studio to lay down the vocals for a new film, it’s best to have a plan. And since we’ve been to this rodeo before, we usually come well prepared before stepping into the booth. Then again, the creative process can take on a life of its own, so a swift change of direction can sometimes yield even better results in the end.
That was also the case in our brand-new TASSEN movie, THE OATH OF LOVE. It’s all about finding the right words at the right time, and how to express one’s emotions correctly. With this in mind, we stepped into the session at the studio of our long-time friend and collaborator, Chris Groneberg. In a fun and creative atmosphere, we settled into finding the right accent and pronunciation to bring the message of love across in true TASSEN style. We’re really happy with the final film and also want to share some behind-the-scenes footage from the studio recordings.
