Like many of you, I spend countless hours staring at my monitors, editing away the next “banger.” However, lately, I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of eye strain. At first, I thought it was the coffee, so I quit the coffee, but the eye twitches were still there. As I attempted to mansplain my issues to friends, almost all criticized my light setup - specifically how I have my desk lit up during my nighttime edits.

I looked around at some of my content creator mates’ desk setups, and almost all of them had monitor lightbars and swore that it was a game changer. Skeptical, I gave one a go, and MY GAWD! It’s like night and day!
