The 1st being Hairway To Stephen, which references the song Stairway To Heaven by Led Zeppelin. According to Spike TV Pepper was written as "a send up of Beck". Reaching number one on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart, becoming the top ranked song of 1996 on the former listing and the band's 1st top 40 hit of all time. Also reaching number 2 in Canada and 15 in Australia
