Torch fat and sculpt muscles with this non-stop workout that combines cardio and strength moves into high-intensity intervals guaranteed to bring the burn!

I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs, dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

How it’s done: There are 2 Circuits to complete 2 x through. Each circuit consists of 3 strength, 3 cardio & 3 core moves. Complete each exercise for 30 secs with no rest between movements!
