- 1.5 oz green chartreuse
- 0.75 oz London dry gin
- 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 0.25 oz averna amaro
- 0.25 oz blue curacao
- 0.75 oz oregano syrup
2. Dirty Diana
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml amaretto
- 20 ml fernet branca
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 5-6 mint leaves
3. Paper Reindeer
- 1 oz Rye

- ½ oz Drambuie

- 1 oz lemoncello
- 1 oz tequila
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1oz overproof rum, floated, flamed
6. Lo-Fi
- 1 oz Cynar
- ⅔ oz Bourbon
- ⅔ oz Montenegro Amaro
- ⅔ oz Sweet vermouth (prefer Antica Carpano)
- ¼ oz Ancho Reyes
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 2 chocolate bitters
7. TriniDaquiri
- 3/4 oz over proof white Jamaican rum
- 3/4 oz angostura bitters
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz orgeat
8. Event Horizon
- ¾ oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse)
- ¾ oz Benedictine
- ¾ oz creme de violet
- ¾ oz lemon juice
9. Currantly Cloudy
- 45ml gin
- 15ml crème de cassis
- 5ml peach schnapps (or 7.5ml peach liqueur)
- 30ml apple juice
- 7.5ml rich syrup
10. The Don
- 60ml amaretto (Disaronno)
- 22.5ml cherry brandy (Preferably De Kuyper)
- 90ml orange juice
- orange bitters
- egg white
11. Peanut Butter Cup Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Peanut butter whiskey (Skrewball or Sheep Dog)
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- semi sweet baking chocolate for garnish
