Zutaten:
Für 2 Personen
1 Rolle Fertiger Blätterteig
1 Ei
2 EL Milch
Milch
Himbeeren
Ahornsirup
Zubereitung:
Fertigen Blätterteig in kleine Dreiecke unterteilen und Croissants rollen
1 Ei mit 2 EL Milch verquirlen und die Mini Croissants kurz darin wenden und auf win Backbleck legen
Im vorgeheiztem Ofen auf 200C mittlere Schiene ca 20-25 Min goldbraun aufbacken
Auskühlen lassen und in einer Schale mit Milch Himbeeren (oder jede andere Frucht) und Ahornsirup servieren

Ingredients:

1 roll of ready-made puff pastry
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
Milk
Raspberries
Maple syrup
Preparation:
Divide the finished puff pastry into small triangles and roll the croissants.
Whisk 1 egg with 2 tablespoons of milk and briefly turn the mini croissants in it and put them on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200C middle rack for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Let cool and serve in a bowl with milk, raspberries (or any other fruit) and maple syrup.
