Starting this Sunday, we rewind the biblical tapes a long way back as we start a sermon series on the life of Abraham. Over the next few months we will see how Abraham lived a life of amazing, albeit very flawed, faith. This Sunday we dive into the beginning of his story as revealed in the Bible.
In particular we will look at where Abraham came from, not only geographically, but also religiously. We’ll see amazing realities in God’s calling of Abraham, but also the cost of obedience to Abraham in receiving the promised blessings of the Lord.
