In between a salad dressing and a vegan mayo - Vegan recipe
Hello and today I'm gonna show you an easy and quick salad dressing/vegan mayo recipe.
Ingredients of a salad dressing or a vegan mayo :
- 220 of silk tofu
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon syrup
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions of a salad dressing or a vegan mayo :
- Pour all your ingredients into a bowl
- Stir well before blending it up
That's it !
This recipe is technically a mayo, but if you want it to be runnier like a salad dressing, you can add a bit of (unsweetened) soy milk.
