Alexander1485 Originally this car was a factory car (SFM6S596) bought by Hertz Rental Car company. In 1967-1968 it was converted to a B/P (B production- the class it raced) Race car. Purchased by John Straw. Then in 1971-1972 purchased by Northwest Auto. Purchased by Richard Roush in 1984. Then purchased by Walt Hane (race car driver and he also raced 5R103- Shelby GT350R/R-model Mustang- the holy grail of Mustangs) and restored it to vintage racing then purchased by Bill Nix. Then finally he sold it in 1992 to Jere Creed. Tons of period racing parts and modifications and contemporary safety gear.
