1967 Ford GT40 MKIV J10

Alexander1485 This is chassis J10, the last actual GT40 MKIV chassis built in period (along with 2 spare chassis built later - J11 and J12). This car actually went Can-Am (Canadian American Challenge Cup) racing in 1969 (its first foray into racing). J9 also got open cockpit body work and that interesting movable wing but it was only for testing. This car, J10, was raced by some great drivers such as George Folmer, David Hobbs, Peter Revson, Jack Brabham, and Vic Elford. The car didn't find much success because the McLarens (especially in 1969-1971) were almost unbeatable but it did finish 2nd Fuji Speedway in Japan of all places. I wish this car was restored in it's Can-Am open top body work but it was restored in 2017 in a normal GT40 MKIV appearance.
