Psalm 17:1, 8, 15
Hear my prayer, O Lord;
Listen to my cry.
Keep me as the apple of your eye;
Hide me in the shadow of your wings.
In righteousness I shall see you;
When I awake, your presence will give me joy.
Psalm 17:6-7, 9
I call on you, God. Answer me.
Turn your ear to hear me and show me your love.
Show your marvelous kindness to me,
Savior of all people, all people who flee
To you from foes and their deathly assaults;
so also my Savior now be.
Psalm 17:3; Psalm 149:5, 9b
Examine my dreams through this night.
Visit me and find me. What else have I prayed?
Let all sainted souls now delight,
sing new psalms of joy from these beds we have made.
This is glory for all God’s faithful saints!
