Oaktree's Panossian: Market Liquidity Meaningfully Lower

Bloomberg Markets and Finance Incoming Oaktree Capital Management co-CEO Armen Panossian says that liquidity in the market is meaningfully lower than what it was pre-Covid. Speaking with Katie Greifeld on "Real Yield," Panossian says the change is partly because there's a massive inflection point in rates as the Federal Reserve tackles inflation.
