Taking time off can be challenging for physicians, given their deep commitment to high-quality, accessible care. But a positive workplace culture that protects and encourages paid time off (PTO) will prevent burnout among physicians, which in turn translates into better patient care. This webinar will help organizations understand and remove the barriers that prevent physicians from taking time off, such as a culture of constant accessibility, inadequate clinical coverage during time off, and compensation plans that don’t reflect time off.
