BJP candidate K Sudhakar booked for alleged bribery in Karnataka, Rs 4.8 cr cash seized

India Today Cash valued at Rs 4.8 crores was also confiscated, and a case was filed against BJP candidate K Sudhakar for alleged bribery and improper influence on the electorate, the Election Commission announced on Friday.
They reported that the Chikkaballapura Flying Squads Team (FST) had taken action.
The Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer took to 'X' on Friday to report that the FST of Chikkaballapura had seized cash valued at 4.8 crores.
On April 25, at the Madanayakanahally police station, the state surveillance team of the Chikkaballapura Constituency also filed a formal complaint (FIR) against K Sudhakar, the BJP candidate.
